Background
I’ve been involved in the development and career direction of others since the early days of my 20+ year career in Human Resources and Recruitment.
I spent many years headhunting professionals for senior roles in diverse industries from Legal, Banking and Commercial Property to Media and Travel. This involved having in-depth discussions with people about their personal and professional goals, how their career choices had served them (or not), and what they needed and desired from their next move.
I now bring my corporate (and most recently public sector) work experience and career insight to support professionals through career coaching; a transformative process and non-judgemental approach that encourages individuals to excel and to take achievable steps in the right career direction for them.

My coaching is supportive, professional and empowers you to reach your peak potential
Using a range of Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques, tools and exercises, I help to raise awareness of self, others and situations.
NLP is the systemic study of human communication. It is concerned with the mind and how we think, how we use language, how it affects us, and how we take action to achieve our goals. It uses practical tools and methods generated by modelling exceptional individuals and which are used globally today in business, sales, training, sports, law and education.

I’m a qualified Firework Licensed Career Coach, a Personal Performance Coach and a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner (The Coaching Academy, an accredited ICF training provider).
